Due to the exclusive nature of Villa Novaceiba as a private rental property for groups, all rates are non-refundable. Reservations are confirmed with an initial deposit, and payment terms are structured as follows:
- Initial Deposit (30%)
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure and block the requested dates.
- Second Payment (20%)
- A 20% payment is due one month after the initial booking date.
- Final Balance (50%)
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than one month prior to the arrival date.
- Reservations made less than 2 months before the arrival date
- If the booking is made with less than 2 months before arrival, the standard schedule may be adjusted.
- In this case, a 70% payment (initial + second installment) must be completed no later than one month prior to arrival, overriding the general rules.
- Non-Refundable Policy
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as the property is reserved exclusively for your group and blocked for the booked dates.
